Designed to bridge the gap between traditional and modern specialty coffee, Gordon Street delivers sweetness, balance and clarity without becoming overly bright or challenging. It's the blend we recommend to customers who want something a little more vibrant than a classic chocolate-heavy coffee, while still remaining approachable and versatile.

Roasted weekly in Port Macquarie, NSW, Gordon Street combines carefully selected coffees from Ethiopia and Colombia to create a cup that is smooth, sweet and layered with flavour.

Expect notes of pecans, milk chocolate and lemon zest, supported by subtle floral aromatics and a clean, lingering finish. The result is a balanced coffee that performs beautifully in milk while offering enough complexity to shine as a black coffee.

Whether you're pulling espresso, brewing filter coffee or making your morning flat white, Gordon Street is designed to be consistent, enjoyable and easy to dial in.

Origin

Ethiopia – Idido Grade 2 Washed

The Ethiopian component brings brightness, elegance and complexity to the blend.

Produced in the renowned coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe, this washed Grade 2 coffee contributes vibrant citrus notes, green apple sweetness and delicate floral characteristics. The washed process highlights clarity and structure, helping create the lively, clean finish that defines Gordon Street.

Expect flavours of ripe citrus, green apple and subtle florals throughout the cup.

Colombia – Volcano (Galeras)

The Colombian component comes from the slopes surrounding the Galeras Volcano in Nariño, one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee-growing regions.

The fertile volcanic soils, high elevations and ideal climate help produce coffees with exceptional sweetness, balance and complexity. This coffee contributes the chocolate, caramel and rounded sweetness that forms the foundation of Gordon Street while complementing the brighter Ethiopian characteristics.

Together, these coffees create a blend that is vibrant, balanced and incredibly versatile.

Gordon Street is roasted to highlight sweetness, balance and origin character.

The medium roast profile allows the bright fruit and floral notes from Ethiopia to complement the sweetness and body of the Colombian coffee, creating a cup that feels both approachable and complex.

The result is a smooth coffee with medium body, gentle acidity and a clean finish that works equally well in milk-based drinks and black coffee.
