At Moon Boy Roast House, we roast fresh coffee every week in Port Macquarie, NSW and ship Australia-wide.

We aim to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Shipping Rates

- Flat rate shipping is $10 Australia-wide.
- Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs and any applicable free shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Dispatch Times

- Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Timeframes

- NSW: 1–3 business days
- VIC & QLD: 2–5 business days
- SA & ACT: 3–6 business days 
- WA, NT & TAS: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and local delivery networks.

Local Delivery

- Local delivery is available within selected Port Macquarie areas.
- Local orders are typically delivered on the same day or the next business day.
- Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions and public holidays.

If local delivery is available for your address, it will appear as an option during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

- Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
- If your parcel appears delayed or cannot be located, please contact us at moonboyroasthouse@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Orders

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage where possible.
- We will assess the issue and organise a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

Subscription Orders

- Subscription orders are processed automatically according to your selected schedule.
- Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled before the next billing date through your customer account.
- Orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
