Products
Coffee is an agricultural product and may vary slightly between harvests, origins and roasting batches.
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, however flavour notes and tasting descriptions are intended as guides only.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
If an order has already been paid for, the price paid at checkout will be honoured.
Orders
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Correct pricing or product errors
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Subscriptions
Subscription customers may:
- Pause subscriptions
- Skip deliveries
- Cancel subscriptions
Changes must be made before the next billing date.
Orders that have already been roasted, packed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless stated otherwise.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery performance becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
