Refund & Returns Policy

At Moon Boy Roast House, we roast fresh coffee every week and want you to be stoked with your order.

Coffee

Because coffee is a fresh food product, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

- Change of mind
-Incorrect product selection
-Taste preferences
-Coffee that has already been opened or used

If you've made a mistake with your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been roasted or shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives:

-Damaged
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Faulty

Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at moonboyroasthouse@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable

We'll assess the issue and organise either:

- A replacement product
- Store credit
-A refund to your original payment method

Brewing Equipment & Merchandise

Brewing equipment, merchandise and non-perishable products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

- The item is unused
- The item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with Australia Post to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Subscriptions

Coffee subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled through your customer account at any time before your next billing date.

Orders that have already been processed, roasted or shipped cannot be refunded.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
